Delivery / Reports Delivery of Orders: At Rondo our goods are dispatched by carrier (currently Business Post or Initial City Link) and are insured against loss or damage in transit. There are no delivery charges on normal orders. Reporting Procedures: We have over twenty years experience of library supply, and we fully appreciate the importance of fast and reliable reporting. We have incorporated very elaborate reporting facilities into our RondoPro internal computer system. We undertake to supply items or issue a report within one month. Reports on unobtainable items are sent out with deliveries or by post as soon as possible. A full list of all outstanding orders is supplied once per month or as frequently as required. In addition, a key feature of our new Rondo Online system is the facility for all registered users to view delivery reports online anytime.
