What Does It Offer? Online Ordering: Using a unique multi-tiered shopping cart facility, customers can set up several levels of user access to ordering. This facilities library authorites' multi-level approval process- eg. goods ordered at branch level, approved at local authority level and purchased at head office. Search our full catalogue: The system provides the user the facility to search our entire extensive catalogue of book, music and video titles. There is also a seperate search for our new release titles. Browse Charts: Customers can view full top 40 charts for adult fiction books, adult non-fiction books, DVD/Videos and Music titles. The charts are updated weekly. Anytime Access To Delivery Reports: When an order has been placed, it progress can be tracked through online delivery reports. Detailed descriptions progress are kept for all outstanding orders. EDI Orders: If the EDI 'Quotes' facility is in place, orders placed online can be automatically uploaded to the customer.
